These Terms govern the marketing Site only. Use of Data4Cure’s products and services (including the Biomedical Intelligence® Cloud) is governed by a separate written agreement.

Data4Cure®, Biomedical Intelligence Cloud, CURIE Knowledge Graph™, and related names and logos are trademarks of Data4Cure, Inc. You may not use them without our prior written permission. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.

When you submit information through the Site (for example, a demo request or newsletter sign-up), you represent that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, or special-category data through Site forms. Your submissions are handled in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy. By requesting a demo or subscribing, you agree we may contact you about your request and, where you have opted in, send you communications.

The Site may contain links to, or embed, third-party websites and services that we do not control. We provide them for convenience and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

Our total aggregate liability relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Massachusetts for any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms.
