Rank targets on evidence, not opinion.

Multidimensional, ontology-aware target prioritization across thousands of datasets — every score traceable to its supporting evidence.

Overview

Target Intelligence

Most target discovery starts the same way — a literature search, a handful of public datasets, weeks of manual triage, and a shortlist only its authors can defend. Target Intelligence replaces that with a systematic engine that scores every protein-coding gene against the world’s biomedical evidence.

It integrates expression, genetics, perturbation, pathway membership, druggability and literature into a single ranked, ontology-aware view of the target landscape.

Each candidate carries its full evidence trail — drill from a rank straight into the datasets, statistics and publications that support it.

Evidence → score

Many evidence types, one integrated score.

Target Intelligence scores every protein-coding gene against the CURIE Knowledge Graph™ using two model families — KG embedding models that capture the graph’s relational geometry, and KG foundation models that add pretrained, mechanism-aware scoring.

Many specific evidence types fold into one ranked, provenance-tracked score — aggregated ontology-aware and in the context of your disease.

Why it’s different
4B+ relationships reasoned over
KG foundation and evidence-ranking models trained on the CURIE Knowledge Graph itself — not limited to a literature-ranked scorer.
Every protein-coding gene, scored
Systematic, genome-wide ranking against the full evidence landscape — comparing different models and hundreds of evidence types side by side.
Every call provenance-linked
Drill from any rank straight to the source studies that support it.
Worked example · ADC/TCE

61 ADC/TCE targets, ranked on evidence.

Asked which antibody–drug-conjugate and T-cell-engager targets the evidence actually supports, Target Intelligence ranked 61 known ADC/TCE targets straight from the CURIE Knowledge Graph — every score tracing to a value the platform returned, with no model priors.

It even surfaces the axis that decides modality fit: homogeneity. Low surface homogeneity is partly forgiven for bystander-payload ADCs — but a serious liability for T-cell engagers. The same target can read as an ADC opportunity and a TCE risk.
