CRISPR Cancer Immune Atlas.

71 CRISPR screens across 10 datasets — mapping the genes that make cancer cells resistant or sensitive to immune attack, harmonized and linked into the CURIE Knowledge Graph™.

What it is

The genes behind immune resistance and sensitivity.

The CRISPR Cancer Immune Atlas brings together 71 screens across 10 datasets that interrogate how cancer cells evade — or succumb to — immune attack, harmonized for direct comparison.

It spans genome-wide knockout, CRISPR inhibition and activation, and phenotypic screens, under both in vitro immune challenges (CD8⁺ T cells, NK cells) and in vivo models (immunocompromised and immune-active mice) — all connected into CURIE.
